How It Works

Working with me is simple to begin and designed to go deep. Here's what the process looks like from first contact to sustained change.

This work is relational, body-based, and built around you — not a formula you're fitted into. Before anything begins, we make sure it's the right fit.

While everyone’s container is highly personalized, here’s what our work together could look like:

1. Reach Out

Fill out the inquiry form via the Book Consult button or send a direct email. Tell me briefly what's bringing you here. A few sentences is enough, there's no right way to say it. I read every message personally and respond within 48 hours.

2. Discovery Call

We meet for 30 minutes, free of charge. You're exploring whether this feels right; I'm assessing whether I can genuinely support what you're bringing. You'll leave knowing clearly whether to move forward — and I'll be honest with you either way.

3. We Design Your Container

If we're both a yes, I'll put together a proposal tailored to what you need: session frequency, relevant frameworks, and investment options including payment plans and sliding scale. Nothing is off-the-shelf. Every container is built for the person in front of me.

4. We Begin!

Once your agreement is signed and first payment made, we schedule your first session. Most clients meet bi-weekly over video. Before we start, you'll complete a short intake covering your history, your nervous system, and what you're carrying in.

DAY 5

As we end our time together, we honor the experience, the growth, and the connections made along the way.
