Hi, I’m Sahar.

I help people come home to their bodies, moving beyond overthinking into real emotional integration, so you can release what’s holding you back and move through the world with embodied clarity, confidence, and liberated action. Together, we’ll build practices & creative rituals that support you in moving toward what you truly want in life.

About Me

I’m a coach, writer, and intuitive guide who blends Eastern and Western wisdom to help people move out of survival mode and reconnect with their truth through embodied, somatic practice. We live in a world that often rewards the “logical” stories we tell ourselves about our feelings (mind) over the feelings themselves (body). This leads to a lot of self-awareness without clear relief. My work invites people to come back into relationship with their bodies as a source of wisdom, release, safety, and self-trust.

Born in the U.A.E., raised across the Gulf and the U.S., and shaped by my experiences as a Pakistani-American, neurodivergent, third culture kid, my approach is grounded in a lived understanding of what it means to navigate complexity, hold multiple identities, and live between worlds. I hold a Bachelor’s in Psychology & Creative Writing from New York University, a Somatic Attachment Therapy and an IFS-Informed Somatic Trauma Therapy certification from The Embody Lab, and a PCC certification from New Ventures West. I integrate evidence-based frameworks with intuitive, body-centered wisdom to support meaningful and sustainable change.

With 10+ years of experience in strategy & leadership at PepsiCo and 5+ years working with artists, activists, filmmakers, entrepreneurs, and leaders across creative, tech, and wellness spaces, my approach combines somatic and developmental coaching with generational insight, psychology, and creative ritual to support people in building confidence, softening survival patterns, unlearning systemic conditioning, and stepping toward their goals with intention and ease.
